The season 2006 offers an European Series (together with the Italian Championship) that will take place in the racing tracks of Formula 1, in consequence of the great successful met during the race that has taken place in the racing track of Brno (Czech republic), together with the DTM, in 2005.
There will be 4 foreign races: Spa (Belgium), Hungaroring-Budapest (Hungary), Hockenheim (Germany) or Brno (Czech republic) and Barcellona (Spain), almost two of them will take place together with the DTM. In Italy the Formula 3000 will take place in Monza, Imola, Mugello, Misano e Vallelunga; in these racing tracks the Formula 1 disputes the tests and also the races.
